PERSONAL PROGRAMMING
If you think PERSONAL PROGRAMMING is right for you, Coach Kyle will create workouts designed specifically to your goals.
For new clients interested in PERSONAL PROGRAMMING, Coach Kyle will have a one on one consultation free of charge. He will have a discussion with you about past exercising experience, goals, diet, injuries, etc. Then a movement analysis will be completed to evaluate your fitness level.
Kyle will create workouts that will be sent directly to your phone using the TrueCoach or Coach RX App before you work out. Kyle will continuously assess your progress to make sure that his programming is pushing you to your goals.
GENERAL FITNESS
Kyle will design a generalized daily workout for those utilizing GENRAL FITNESS.
Just find the workout on the white board and push yourself to do your best.
"I'M FEELING A LITTLE NERVOUS"
As a new client, you will receive a lot of support. Kyle will explain movements, and get you familiar with all the equipment, and machines. Once you feel comfortable you'll be able to workout more independently. Think of the Hangar as an open gym.
If you find yourself needing some extra help, feel free to ask any of our Hangar Crew members. We are a community who wants only the best for one another.
